The role involves sourcing candidates, designing recruitment strategies, and working with internal teams. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master's program in related fields and possess excellent communication skills in both English and German. The internship offers €800 salary per month, and the opportunity for professional growth in a diverse environment with over 80 nationalities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
• Prior internships or working-student experience, preferably in active sourcing or recruiting.
• Available for 40 hrs per week for a minimum of 4 months.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand requirements for open positions.
• Source potential candidates using various search techniques.
• Design and execute strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Provide valuable input to enhance recruitment processes.
