Job summary

GrondGrip BV, a renowned geo- and foundation engineering consultancy, seeks a civil engineer to lead soil investigations, provide foundation advice, and perform structural calculations for sheet pile walls and braced structures.

The role emphasizes a team-oriented, client-focused approach with Dutch fluency and a relevant HBO/WO degree. Travel and flexible hours are available, with work from office or home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering.
• Excellent oral and written Dutch communication skills.
• English and/or Spanish speaking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and supervising soil investigation.
• Foundation advice.
• Sheet pile calculations.
• Settlement calculations.
• Vibration predictions.
• Calculations for bracing structures for sheet pile walls.
• All other structural calculations to floor level.
