Job summary

Care Force | Connecting International Medical Professionals connects experienced dental professionals with leading Dutch practices across the Netherlands. Regular, mobile and emergency clinics are available, with relocation assistance and Dutch language training to ease transition.

We are looking for Experienced General Dentists willing to relocate. Non-EU dentists are encouraged to apply; EU degrees will be reviewed for pathways to practice in the Netherlands.

Are you an experienced General Dentist looking for new professional challenges, excellent working conditions, and outstanding earning potential?

Through our specialized departments Trabajar en Holanda and Care Force, we connect experienced dental professionals with leading dental practices across the Netherlands. Within our group we have regular, mobile and emergency clinics. We provide comprehensive support, including Dutch language training, relocation assistance, and guidance throughout your transition.

What we offer:

• Salary €5,000–€6,500 gross/month and above, depending on experience and qualifications (coming from abroad you will be entitled to apply for the 30% rule)
• 25 paid holiday days + 8% of the annual gross salary paid as holiday allowance

Who we're looking for:

• Experienced General Dentists (1+ years of experience)
• English level B2 or higher
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
• Non-EU dentists are also encouraged to apply. If you obtained your dental degree from an EU university, we'll be happy to review your qualifications and advise you on the available pathways to practice in the Netherlands.
