Job summary

Salt is hiring a hands-on GenAI Engineer for a client in Amsterdam to build scalable, production‑grade Generative AI solutions that solve real‑world business challenges. You will drive end‑to‑end AI initiatives with a strong focus on quality and reliability.

You will work with LangChain, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs, deploying at scale using Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, alongside AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Snowflake, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications at scale.
• Develop RAG solutions using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge graphs.
• Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP integrations.
• Develop end-to-end applications using Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Snowflake, and REST APIs.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex.

Salt is currently hiring a GenAI Engineer for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role is paying 90 euros an hour - 12 month contract - KVK/ZZP is required,

We’re looking for a hands‑on GenAI Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation Team and build scalable, production‑grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that solve real‑world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Build and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications at scale.
• Develop RAG solutions using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge graphs.
• Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP integrations.
• Develop end‑to‑end applications using Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
