Job summary

The hospital in Friesland, Netherlands invites applications for a Gastroenterologist to join a skilled team in a facility offering advanced GI care including ERCP, EUS, and oncology services. You will contribute to colorectal cancer screening programs and collaborate with DC Clinics in Dokkum and Groningen and UMCG.

You should be near completion of GI training with BIG registration and be willing to participate in on-call duties while engaging in teaching of medical students and physician

Qualifications

• Nearly completed training as a Gastroenterologist with BIG registration.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and multidisciplinary collaborations.
• Passion for teaching medical students and physician assistants in training.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in the national colorectal cancer screening program.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and partner clinics (DC Clinics in Dokkum and Groningen, and UMCG).
• Teaching medical students and physician assistants in training.
