Job summary

Meker Tuinen is seeking a garden construction manager to lead a team in delivering private garden projects across the Netherlands. You will be the main customer contact on site and drive project success with hands-on leadership and expert knowledge in garden construction.

The role requires a valid B (and BE) driving licence, fluent Dutch and proficient English, and several years of relevant experience. The position offers a market-based salary and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO professional gardener diploma level 3 and/or 4.
• Several years of experience in private garden construction.
• Driving license B & BE; Dutch and English language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead garden construction projects and supervise the team.
• Act as the main contact and point of contact for customers.
• Ensure successful project completion and quality control.
• Develop and manage project planning and site coordination.

You have;

• Minimum MBO professional gardeners diploma level 3 and/or 4.
• Several years of experience in the construction of private gardens.
• Additional training and certificates
• Driving license B & BE
• Masters the Dutch language
• Language knowledge (English)
• Professional knowledge of construction and maintenance, processing of various pavements, architectural elements, ponds, working with small earth-moving machines, lawn construction, artificial grass construction, etc.
