Qualifications

• Experience within quality assurance or HSE in a production environment is preferred.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Strong collaboration and ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous development and ownership of personal learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Global Auditor Academy training and development programme.
• Complete structured learning activities designed to support the transition into an Auditor role.
• Develop technical auditing knowledge and professional assessment skills.
• Participate in real-world projects and practical learning assignments.
• Work closely with experienced auditors, mentors, and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global regions.
• Build knowledge of assurance, compliance, and management system requirements.
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to auditing and assessment activities.
• Take ownership of personal learning and continuous professional development.
• Work toward achieving globally recognized auditor qualifications.
