Job summary

Vonk’s Digital Services Team is hiring a part-time Functional Administrator (0.6–0.8 FTE) to ensure our educational and business applications align with Vonk processes. You will bridge education, support, IT, and suppliers to keep applications reliable and well-configured.

You will manage a broad application landscape, handle user access, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating across teams and projects.

Qualifications

• Completed mbo 4 IT qualification.
• At least a few years of experience in functional management.
• Preferably experience with educational applications (Eduarte), Office365, assessment/exam apps, and TOPdesk.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Functional management of a broad educational application landscape (e.g., student information system and related apps).
• User management, authorizations, and configurations and maintenance of apps and integrations.
• Resolve functional disruptions and assess report forwarding to suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers on changes, disruptions, and releases.
• Support and advise users, provide training, and maintain knowledge/documents.
• Participate in projects, user consultations, and national working groups.

Our Digital Services Team has an immediate vacancy for:
Functional administrator (0.6 – 0.8 FTE)
What will you do?
As a functional administrator, you ensure that our educational and business applications are optimally aligned with the Vonk processes. You act as the link between education, support, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that the applications are reliable, user-friendly,and well-configured.
Your responsibilities include:

• the functional management of a broad application landscape within the education domain (e.g., the student information system and related applications);
• user management, authorizations, and the configuration and maintenance of applications and connections between applications;
• solving functional disruptions and assessing whether reports are forwarded to suppliers;
• coordinating with suppliers regarding changes, disruptions, further development, and releases;
• supporting and advising users, answering questions and providing training;
• the recording and maintenance of knowledge, instructions and procedures;
• active participation in projects, user consultations and (national) working groups;
• contribute to the improvement of the process, the harmonization and the further development of the application landscape;
• In this role, you combine day-to-day operational tasks with a broader perspective on processes, collaboration, and future-proof design.

• a completed mbo 4 qualification in IT;
• and/or at least a few years of experience in the field of functional management;
• preferably experience with educational applications (such as Eduarte), Office365, assessment and exam applications, and TOPdesk;
• good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Good communication skills;
• good problem-solving ability;
• and you are proactive, accurate, creative, and flexible.
