Job summary

Staffice B.V. is seeking a fulltime orderpicker at our Hoofddorp warehouse. The role starts at 08:00 with daily pick routes, then you move through warehouse sections collecting goods and ensuring quality. You will assemble outbound shipments and regularly coordinate with dispatch.

Shifts run 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work in peak seasons. The job requires good English skills, physical fitness, and a careful, accountable work approach.

Job description

As a fulltime orderpicker, you play a central role in the distribution chain at our warehouse location in Hoofddorp. Your morning kicks off at 08:00 by receiving your daily pick routes and equipment, after which you systematically collect goods across various warehouse sections. You monitor product quality, assemble outbound shipments, and communicate directly with dispatch coordinators. By 17:00, you close your daily logs, stow your scanning equipment, and leave an orderly work area behind.

Responsibilities

• Selecting items accurately using RF scanners and digital order systems
• Performing quality inspections on outgoing goods and packaging materials
• Sorting collected goods according to carrier and destination
• Packing products securely to prevent transit damage
• Building and wrapping stable pallets ready for truck loading
• Logging inventory counts and notifying the team of low stock levels
• Adhering strictly to safety, health, and warehouse protocols

Requirements

• Good proficiency in spoken and written English
• Fulltime availability from Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Preparedness to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) during peak seasons
• Physical fitness to manage active, standing shifts with regular lifting
• Detail-oriented approach and high degree of personal accountability
