Job summary

Brave Ones seeks a Warehouse Employee to join a social, fast-paced team at a logistics scale-up near Utrecht. You will sort parcels on moving belts, assist with daily volume, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace alongside four other students.

The role offers 4+ weekday shifts, shared availability weekly, and potential longer hours with strong performance. Shifts run Monday–Friday 12:00–15:30, with opportunities for extended hours up to 16:00 as you prove reliability.

Looking for a flexible, long-term job? Work 4 or more weekday shifts per week from 12:00 to 15:30 and simply share your availability every week. No experience required. You'll work in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment at a growing logistics scale-up only 20 minutes from Utrecht Central and get paid weekly.Perform well and you can work longer shifts until 16:00, with opportunities to continue your career within the company after graduation.

Description

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll work at one of three sorting belts, sorting parcels quickly and accurately together with your team. Around 4 other students work alongside you every day, so you'll be part of a social team from day one. Your tasks include:

Sorting, lifting and moving parcels.

Placing parcels in the correct area.

Processing the daily volume together with your team.

Keeping your workplace clean and organised.

This is a physical, fast-paced job with standard shifts Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:30. You work a minimum of 4 weekday shifts per week. Monday is the busiest day, so if you're available on Mondays, even better. Planning is easy through an app on your phone. Enter your availability for the following week by Wednesday and receive your confirmed shifts by Friday at the latest.

Want to work more? Perform well and you can get longer shifts, for example from 10:30 to 16:00. Want to work more days during the week? No problem, just increase your availability in the app. More hours are especially available during the November and December peak period.

We're looking for employees who are reliable, accurate and ready to roll up their sleeves. You need to be available at least until mid-December, but this can easily become a long-term job.

About the client

Our client is a fast-growing logistics scale-up based in Woerden, using technology and innovation to make parcel logistics smarter and more efficient.

The warehouse is easy to reach from Utrecht: just 15 minutes by train from Utrecht Central to Woerden Station, followed by around 5 minutes by bike.

You’ll work in an ambitious, informal environment where people are encouraged to learn, improve and take responsibility. Perform well and you'll have opportunities to grow within the company.

Requirements

You live in Utrecht or nearby and can start soon.

You speak English or Dutch.

You're available for at least 4 shifts per week, Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:30.

You can work at least 20 hours per week.

You're available until at least mid-December 2026, preferably longer.

You're reliable, physically fit and able to work quickly and accurately.

You are willing to commute by train from Utrecht to Woerden. From Woerden Station, you will need a bike to travel to the company.

Our offer

Your hourly wage depends on your age:
21+ years: €14.99 gross per hour
20 years: €11.99 gross per hour
19 years: €8.99 gross per hour
18 years: €7.50 gross per hour
