Job summary

The Big Family Group is seeking a full-time Bartender for Tante Tilly Roermond. You’ll craft drinks, welcome guests, and contribute to a vibrant bar atmosphere in a busy restaurant.

You’ll work 38 hours per week behind a fast-paced bar, collaborate with the floor team, and ensure hygiene and guest experience are top priorities. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within the group.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Affinity with coffee, beverages and guest experience is important.
• Pay attention to hygiene and responsible serving, or be open to learning this.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
• Evenings and weekends are required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Work behind the bar, ensuring presentation and pace are right.
• Operate independently yet stay connected with the floor team.
• Maintain overview and guest focus, even in busy periods.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
