Job summary

CM.com in Breda, the Netherlands, seeks a medior to senior full stack developer to own the self-service onboarding experience that lets customers sign up and start messaging in minutes, without a sales call or email. You’ll work across frontend and backend, integrate channels, and drive automation of the customer journey.

You will collaborate across AI-enabled platforms, build scalable solutions, and contribute to a fast-paced, change-driven environment with a focus on customer-first experiences.

Qualifications

• Medior to senior full stack developer with hands-on experience across frontend and backend.
• Strong in Angular on the frontend, and in C#/.NET on the backend.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Nice to have DevOps or system engineering experience, and curiosity about AI.

Responsibilities

• Build the self-service onboarding experience from sign-up to first message.
• Translate customer requests into correct configurations across systems and suppliers.
• Integrate new channels and partnerships without adding complexity for customers.
• Drive automation across the entire customer journey for people and AI agents.
• Own work from idea to production, including how it runs on our infrastructure.
• Experiment with AI tools and share what works with the team.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer in the Onboarding & Enablement team, you'll own the front door of CM.com connectivity: the self service experience where customers sign up and start messaging in minutes, without a sales call or a single email. It is one of the most important topics at CM.com today, and your team is the conductor behind it.

In today's tech market, speed wins. Customers choose the provider they can start with right now, and they value ease over a long list of requirements. Think of how quickly you can take out a phone subscription: that is the experience we want to offer. Our customers are people, but increasingly also AI agents, and neither wants to wait for a callback.

Behind that one simple interface sits a complex platform. Every channel works differently. For example: WhatsApp runs via Meta, RCS via Google and Orange, and more channels and suppliers are joining. Customers should never notice any of that. The complexity is ours, not theirs.

You will

• Build the self service onboarding experience that takes customers from sign up to their first message in minutes

• Turn every customer request into the right configuration across our own systems and external suppliers, fully automated

• Make it easy to plug in new channels and supplier partnerships, so the platform grows without adding complexity for the customer

• Drive automation across the full customer journey, for people and AI agents alike

• Own your work from idea to production, including how it runs on our infrastructure

• Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team

• Medior to senior full stack developer with hands on experience in both front end and back end

• Strong in Angular on the front end, and in C# and .NET on the back end

• Solid knowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Nice to have: experience with DevOps or system engineering, as the team also manages its own infrastructure

• Genuinely curious about AI: you experiment with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot and you're open to working differently as they improve
