Job summary

PocketCFO is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our Netherlands-based team. You will build and maintain the PocketCFO web application using modern technologies, collaborating with product and design to ship new features efficiently.

The role offers flexible hours, remote work options, and a competitive salary plus Stock Appreciation Rights. You will work across Node.js, Python, databases, and cloud services to deliver reliable, scalable financial tooling for small businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the PocketCFO web application using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
