MaxiNutrition Limited is seeking a freelance Social Media Specialist to lead its Dutch market presence. You will translate global content to local campaigns, create engaging posts, reels and stories, and manage the community with authentic interaction.

You should be fluent in Dutch and English, comfortable on camera, and proficient in CapCut and Canva. The role offers flexible remote working and collaboration with our international brand team.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Grow MaxiNutrition on social media in the Dutch market.
• Translate global content to local activities and execute independently.
• Adapt existing brand assets for the local market.
• Create social content from idea to execution and be comfortable on camera.
• Track trends and turn them into market-fit content.
• Own the local content calendar and coordinate with HQ in Germany.
• Manage the community and engage followers authentically.
• Analyze content performance and derive optimizations for future content.

At MaxiNutrition, we want to inspire people to reach their next level – together. We develop high-quality, innovative and delicious sports nutrition for everyone who pursues their athletic goals with passion, backed by our own research and development in Germany and certified quality. Our community trains the way modern fitness works: from Hyrox and CrossFit to social run clubs, cycling classes, reformer Pilates and strength training. It’s about getting a little better every day, supported by the people around you. Now we’re bringing this spirit to the Netherlands and are looking for a creative freelancer who brings our brand to life on social media and builds an engaged local community with us.

What you’ll do:

• Help us grow MaxiNutrition on social media and strengthen the brand in the Dutch market.
• Translate our global content and social media strategy into relevant local activities and execute them independently.
• Adapt existing brand assets for the local market.
• Create social content from idea to execution, and enjoy being in front of the camera yourself.
• Keep an eye on current social media trends, formats and platform developments, and turn them into content that fits MaxiNutrition.
• Own the local content calendar and align regularly with your contact person at our headquarters in Germany.
• Manage our community, engage with our followers and keep communication active and authentic.
• Analyse content performance, prepare regular reports and derive concrete optimisations for future content.

What you bring:

• Experience in social media management, content creation and community management.
• Confident with Meta Business Suite and daily work on Instagram & co.
• A strong feel for social media trends, storytelling and content that reaches and activates people.
• You love being on camera and are comfortable producing Reels, Stories and other video content.
• CapCut and Canva are part of your everyday toolkit.
• You work independently, creatively and in a structured way, and enjoy collaborating with an international team.
• A personal passion for fitness, sports and nutrition.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
