g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced freelance Tunnel Construction Supervisor (Uitvoerder) for a major tunnel and civil infrastructure project in the Zevenbergen region of the Netherlands. The role requires leading on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Construction Supervisor, tunnel project experience, and a valid VCA VOL certification.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on tunnel projects, underground works, concrete structures or major infrastructure developments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of Dutch construction regulations and HSE standards.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and specialist contractors.
• Supervise tunnel construction, concrete works and civil engineering activities.
• Monitor progress against programme and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Clients.
