Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Planning Systems & Analytics to own SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and reporting. You will partner with Finance, IT and business teams to define requirements, drive enhancements, and implement scalable planning solutions.

You will shape the SAC data models, templates, and logic, ensuring high-quality forecasting, budgeting, and MOR information for senior management. A strong background in FP&A and international tech environments is essential.

Qualifications

Master en business economics, finance, accounting or related discipline.
10+ years of FP&A, budgeting or related finance experience.
Strong experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems including SAC.

Responsibilities

Act as functional product owner and SME for SAC planning and reporting.
Own SAC roadmap: define requirements, prioritize enhancements, partner with IT on implementation.
Design and maintain SAC data models, workflows, templates, and logic, incl. SAP HANA/BW integration.
Ensure high-quality planning information for forecasting, long-term plan, corporate budgeting, MOR.
Develop performance insights, financial narratives and scenario analyses for senior management.
Translate KPI definitions into scalable planning logic with governance.
Identify opportunities to automate planning and reporting processes.
Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business teams for end-to-end consistency.
