Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Amsterdam is offering a Finance internship to build hands-on experience in planning, reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain teams to translate performance into clear insights.

The role involves supporting reporting routines, data validation and ad hoc analyses, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI. Fluency in English is required with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Current bachelor's or master's enrolment at a European university (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business) for at least 50% of the internship period.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting routines, including performance tracking and business reviews.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and help ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and annual operating planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Analyze business performance, identify key variances, trends and risks, and support the development of recommendations.
• Monitor volume, sales and profitability performance against forecasts, budgets and prior-year results.
• Support marketing and commercial spend tracking, budget management and financial controls.
• Maintain and improve master data quality and support data validation activities.
• Assist with purchase order and invoice management processes.
• Support ad hoc analyses, process improvement initiatives and automation projects

Build a strong understanding of how financial planning, reporting and analysis support business decisions at Kraft Heinz.
