Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support routine reporting, automate processes, and provide analytical input to sales and spend.

You will transition trackers into Board and Google Sheets, prepare templates for Commercial and HR Finance Partners, and help consolidate budget inputs. A finance-related degree and about one year of experience are required; strong Excel/Sheets and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for collaboration and documentation in an international environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, and logic building).
• Analytical and organized mindset with focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn and contribute to better business.
• Pragmatic problem solving with drive to impact financial operations.
• One year of relevant experience in Commercial FP&A or Business Controlling.
• Experience with Oracle and BI tools such as Board or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Support routine reporting with the wider finance team.
• Help automate manual processes.
• Provide analytical support for sales to revenue conversion and function spend.
• Transition manual trackers into Board and Google Sheets system.
• Assist in preparing templates for Commercial and HR Finance Business Partners.
• Help consolidate inputs for commercial and functional budget rounds.
• Track department functional spend and assist with month end accruals.
