Offensys is seeking a strong full-stack engineer to help shape the platform from day one. You’ll work directly with the founders on development, architecture, and the roadmap, delivering real customer value rather than merely implementing features.
Within a year, you’ll own critical components, collaborating across teams while maintaining autonomy and leveraging AI-assisted tools. The role offers hybrid work with two days weekly at the Den Bosch office.
Help define the standard in offensive security. Work directly with founders on the development, architecture, and roadmap of our platform.
At Offensys, we're building the platform that enables enterprise security teams to continuously validate their own defenses. We simulate real-world attacker tradecraft, so organizations don't have to guess whether or not they are secure. With Offensys, they know.
Our mission is simple: to enable our clients to stay ahead of the threat.
We're early. We're moving fast. And we're building what we believe will become a new standard in offensive security. We're looking for people who don't want to watch from the sidelines or be told what to do, but want to proactively help define that standard.
You'll work directly with the founders on the development, architecture, and roadmap of our platform. Not to build features because they're technically interesting, but because they create real value for our customers.
You think in outcomes. You validate ideas before scaling them. You have strong opinions about what is, and what isn't worth building.
Within a year, you'll own some of the most critical components of our platform.
We're looking for a strong full-stack engineer. Someone who thinks just as deeply about why something should be built as how it should be built.
You're comfortable with modern engineering practices and continuously invest in your own growth, including the effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
Our current stack includes Go, Python, and TypeScript. Our infrastructure runs on Azure, Kubernetes, and Flux. Experience with these technologies is valuable, but we're looking for curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to learn rather than someone who simply checks every box.
Experience or affinity with cybersecurity is a plus, but not a requirement. Curiosity about the domain is.
Open-source contributions, side projects, blog posts, conference talks, or publicly visible work tell us more than a CV full of buzzwords.
You'll be one of the first engineering hires at Offensys. That means you'll help shape not only the product, but also the engineering culture, technical standards, and ways of working that will define the company as it grows. If you're excited about building a category-defining security product and want to have an impact on its future, we'd love to hear from you.
