Job summary

Sollo in Amsterdam is seeking a founding engineer to join our early team. You’ll own features end to end across the full stack, from a rough idea through shipped releases, with a direct line to customer outcomes. You’ll shape the product with the founder and drive outcomes using AI tooling and modern full‑stack practices.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, data, and the AI layer, shipping frequently, learning quickly, and influencing the direction of Sollo in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Fluent with AI tooling and integrating AI features users rely on.
• Comfortable in a modern TypeScript full-stack environment and eager to learn.
• Focus on delivering polished user experiences and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from rough idea to shipped product.
• Build across the stack: frontend, backend, data, and AI layer.
• Ship quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive decisions.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail while shipping.
