Job summary

TripleTen is an EdTech company delivering tech career programs for US and Latin American markets. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineering curriculum lead to design end-to-end student projects, write rubrics, and keep content current with real-world deployments.

You will work with senior authors and Learning Experience Designers to ensure rigor and clarity, while supporting sales teams with program details. The role is asynchronous, approx.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience at senior level or above.
• Owned deployments end-to-end in real client environments.
• Experience with databases and infrastructure for student projects.
• Ability to break complex work into scoped tasks.
• Strong written English communication.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring, teaching, or reviewing others' code.
• Preferred EdTech or rubric/assessment design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end student projects, including scope and goals.
• Write clear submission guidelines and assessment rubrics.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to ensure pedagogy is solid.
• Research and approve technical solutions to keep curriculum current.
• Assist in sales and marketing enablement by explaining course coverage.
