Arvato in Lelystad is seeking a Forklift Driver / Reach Truck Driver. You will handle receiving, inspecting, and scanning goods, move items with a forklift or reach truck, and pick/pack orders for dispatch in a modern logistics setting.

Salary is €14.99 gross per hour with travel allowance and pension accrual. A permanent contract via Manpower is possible, with 32–40 hours weekly in a two-shift schedule (06:00–15:00, 15:00–00:00).

Qualifications

• Valid forklift or reach truck certificate.
• Good command of English for daily communication and tasks.
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
• Flexibility regarding overtime when needed.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition.
• Reliable and responsible work ethic.
• Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and scanning incoming goods and pallets.
• Moving and processing goods using a forklift or reach truck.
• Picking orders for assembly and shipment.
• Packing, labeling, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Loading trucks according to loading schedules.
• Identifying discrepancies and reporting malfunctions.
• Performing general warehouse and logistics duties.
