Job summary

FrieslandCampina Wolvega is op zoek naar een productiemedewerker voor de flexpool die bijdraagt aan de productie van kaas en andere dairy producten. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsborging en efficiëntie.

De rol is parttime met werktijden tussen 8 en 40 uur per week, inclusief ploegentoeslagen. Trainingen in kwaliteitscontrole en verpakking worden aangeboden, en er is uitzicht op vaste aanstelling.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor 3-ploegdienst.
• Nauwkeurig met aandacht voor kwaliteit.
• Teamspeler met goede samenwerkingsskills.
• Fysiek geschikt voor productietaken.
• Ervaring in productie of HACCP-kennis is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Verpakken: kaas in diverse typen volgens kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
• Assisteren bij het snijden van kazen voor verzending.
• Samenwerking met collega’s om productie draaiende te houden.
• Kwaliteitscontrole om aan FrieslandCampina-standaarden te voldoen.
• Werken met moderne machines en productielijnen in 3-ploegendienst.

As a productiemedewerker in our flexpool at FrieslandCampina Wolvega, you will contribute to the production of high-quality dairy products enjoyed worldwide. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various stages of the production process. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. What You Will Do

• Packaging: ensure diverse types of cheese are packed according to quality guidelines.
• Assisting: support the slicing of cheeses for shipment to customers.
• Collaborating: work closely with colleagues to keep the production process running efficiently.
• Quality control: perform checks to guarantee products meet FrieslandCampina's high standards.
• Operating: work with modern machines and production lines in a 3-shift system.

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly salary of €17.13, excluding shift allowances.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Part-time role, flexible hours between 8 and 40 per week.
• Shift allowances ranging from 30% to 40%.
