Jobster zoekt een Food Machine Operator in Lopik voor kaasproductie. Je bedient en monitort moderne productielijnen, stelt parameters in en bewaakt kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP-standaarden.

Je werkt in een internationale, ondersteunende teamomgeving met ruimte voor groei en trainingen. Een MBO-3/4 diploma en basis Engels zijn vereist, met flexibele beschikbaarheid in ploegendienst.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als proces- of machine-operator in de voedingsindustrie (kaas/zuivel is een plus).
• MBO-3/4 diploma in Process Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering of vergelijkbaar.
• Begrip van productieprocessen en basis automatisering.
• Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
• Flexibel werken in ploegendienst en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor jouw gebied.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en optimaliseren van moderne productielijnen voor kaasproducten.
• Instellen en afstellen van technische parameters zoals temperatuur, druk en mengtijden.
• Controleren van kritische controlepunten (HACCP) en oplossen van storingen.
• Ondersteunen van minder ervaren operators met jouw kennis.
• Samenwerking tussen productie, kwaliteit en technische afdelingen.

Are you looking for a new step in food production and do you have experience as a machine operator? In Lopik, you will work as a Food Machine Operator with a focus on cheese production. Your main job is to operate, monitor, and optimize modern production lines that make smoked and processed cheeses for customers around the world. You make sure every product meets the highest standards for quality and food safety, and you help your team keep the process running smoothly.

On a typical day, you will set and adjust technical parameters like temperature, pressure, and mixing times, making sure each batch is perfect. You check critical control points (HACCP), solve mechanical and process issues, and support less experienced operators with your knowledge. The work is a mix of hands-on technical tasks and teamwork - you are a key link between production, quality, and technical departments. You will work in shifts, so flexibility is important.
