Job summary

Mars Food & Nutrition in the Netherlands seeks a Focused Improvement Manager to drive the FI agenda, lead the MSE pillars, and partner with global teams to deliver loss elimination and operational excellence across the site.

You will coach pillar leaders, deploy training, shape the site masterplan, and ensure compliance with Mars standards while delivering measurable improvements aligned with the Compelling Business Need.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in production, engineering, quality, or CI.
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Operational Excellence or Plant Optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Focused Improvement Journey.
• Coordinate and coach FI and E&T pillars within the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) framework.
• Drive continuous improvement, loss elimination, and operational excellence across the site.
• Own and deploy the Site Masterplan in partnership with Global Industrial Engineering teams.
• Shape long-term capacity planning and performance reporting.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across the site.
