• 12+ months of retail leadership experience in a sports, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, product flow, and team motivation.
• Experience in coaching, feedback, and developing others.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
• Fluency in English and confidence using digital retail tools.
• Natural leader with a positive mindset and passion for people.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 12+ months of retail leadership experience in a sports, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
