Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude across bar and lounge areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, garnish drinks, and follow recipes accurately.
• Take and deliver orders at the bar, assisting in smooth service.
• Maintain bar stock and ensure quality of all beverages.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor product quality and manage inventory of beverage items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
