The Exercise Coach - Davie is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions using our Exerbotics technology. You will assess client goals, guide workouts, and track progress while educating on fitness and healthy habits.

A direct path through paid certification programs supports your growth as a coach. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for a four-day work week and company perks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on form, motivation and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education on exercise science, recovery and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach

As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
