Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Finishing Operator in Groningen to join a modern printing environment. You will set up and operate finishing lines, ensure quality, and work in a focused team on a 2-shift schedule.

The role offers a 36-hour work week, a direct contract with the employer, and benefits including a pension plan and travel allowance, with a competitive monthly gross salary between €2,549 and €3,300.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cutting, folding, bundling, and die-cutting machines.
• Ability to monitor production and solve minor issues.
• Perform quality checks on finished print products.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with fellow operators to maintain production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and repairs.
• Good command of English for safety instructions.
