Job summary

Eiffel is seeking a Medior Finance Administrative Professional to join Team Eiffel and contribute to the modernization of financial administration for municipalities and public organizations in the Netherlands. You will work on execution while driving improvement and automation initiatives.

You will handle financial administrations, participate in month-end activities, and collaborate with controllers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for e-invoicing, RPA, and AI-assisted controls.

Qualifications

• HB0/WO diploma in Finance/(Business)Economics/Accounting is required or preferred.
• Experience in a financial administrative role.
• Understanding of how administrative processes work and where inefficiencies arise.
• Interest in digitalization and developments such as AI and RPA.
• Willingness to understand how it works and how to apply it, even if you don't build it yourself.
• Clear communication and ability to bring others along with changes.

Responsibilities

• Process and check financial administrations (invoices, bank statements, journal entries).
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Support during month-end close and controls.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in administrative processes.
