Responsibilities

Job description

Описание:

Fysiogroep Nederland is a group of physiotherapy and speech therapy practices. It includes ten regional practices and has grown through more than 50 acquisitions. The group provides care while supporting its practices with shared systems and coordinated financial, HR, and operational management.

Задачи:

• Review regional reports, identify notable points, and prepare questions for monthly discussions with regional practices
• Refine budgets and forecasts with regional finance leads
• Lead the simplification of the group’s corporate structure in collaboration with legal advisers and Fact4Fysio
• Ensure the organization meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including the Cybersecurity Act
• Prepare business cases for new locations and investments in physiotherapy fitness facilities
• Arrange financing and financial integration for new acquisitions in collaboration with the M&A team
• Help the group realize the financial benefits of collaboration
• Prepare reports for management, the shareholder, the supervisory board, and banks
• Lead the annual accounts process and the audit of FGN BV with Fact4Fysio and the accountant
• Use AI to accelerate analyses, memos, and meeting preparation
• Advise and connect the finance leads across ten regions and act as the point of contact for Fact4Fysio, without a hierarchical reporting line
