Zusammenfassung

BBB Cycling in The Hague seeks a Senior Controller stepping into the role of Manager Finance & Control. You will be the strategic backbone of the organization, leading Finance, IT, and Data, and guiding a team of four to drive performance and improvement across departments.

You will partner with Pon.Bike and Pon Holdings, deliver timely reports, optimize working capital, and shape sustainability reporting and governance across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Completed HBO/WO degree in business economics or business administration.
• Experience as Senior Controller and readiness for broader leadership role.
• Affinity with IT/data-driven processes and concrete business impact.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end financial stewardship including period closings, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee IT, digital and data initiatives and align with finance strategy.
• Serve as strategic business partner by evaluating projects and product introductions.
• Direct management of a 4-person team (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) and coach talent.
• Consolidate reporting and manage stakeholder relations with Pon and group entities.
