Sendcloud is seeking a Finance & Business Analytics Intern in Eindhoven to join FP&A and QBA, supporting forecasting, reporting, and dashboarding. You will gain hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and automation while helping business stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

The role bridges Finance and Data early in your career, offering exposure to financial planning, analysis, and controls with real impact. 32hrs/week, min 5 months, 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Business Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field
• Affinity with data and hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python preferred
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, and monthly management reporting in FP&A
• Data analysis, automation and process improvement with SQL and Python in collaboration with QBA
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance
• Automate financial controls and reporting processes, reducing manual effort
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business and financial decision-making
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technical teams to provide data-driven insights

As our Finance & Business Analytics Intern, you’ll work at the crossroads of financial planning and data engineering — supporting real business decisions with solid analysis while getting your hands dirty with SQL, Python, and AI. You’ll collaborate closely with both our FP&A and QBA teams in Eindhoven, bridging the worlds of Finance and Data early in your career.

The Role

As our Finance & Business Analytics Intern, you support two high-impact teams: FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and QBA (Quantitative Business Analysis). You’ll contribute to forecasting, reporting, dashboarding, and automation work that our commercial, operations, and technical stakeholders rely on every day. This isn’t a coffee-and-copies internship — you’ll work on real problems, own your output, and leave with hands-on experience in both finance and data.

What you’ll do

• Support the FP&A team with forecasting, budgeting, and monthly management reporting
• Work with the QBA team on data analysis, automation and process improvement using SQL and Python
