Job summary
PwC Nederland is seeking a Consulting AI & Automation professional to blend finance knowledge with AI solution building. You will join a multidisciplinary team helping clients transform processes with GenAI automations, supported by a dedicated AI curriculum.
You will work with finance, audit and technology teams to translate business problems into working AI solutions, learning on the job and through structured training. Hybrid working is possible.
Qualifications
- Completed or nearly completed Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Management or related field.
- Knowledge of finance, reporting, audit, controls or process improvement.
- Interest in technology and automation; no prior programming required but experience with Python or data tools is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Learn to build AI solutions through the AI curriculum and on project teams.
- Support the design and building of AI solutions and agents for internal and client-facing engagements.
- Translate finance, audit and reporting requirements into AI solutions with engineers and project teams.
- Support deployment of AI software with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Identify and help build AI automations to optimize client offerings and internal processes.
