Job summary

Nederveld Inc. is seeking a Survey Field Technician to join a field crew and support land surveying projects across sites in the United States. You will help a 1-2 person crew with measurements, setup and teardown of survey instruments, and marking of survey points.

The role requires reading and interpreting construction plans, strong math skills in trigonometry and geometry, and reliable driving with a valid license. Regular travel and compliance with safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with safe driving habits.
• Regular travel will be required as part of the Survey Field Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a 1-2 person field crew on land survey projects.
• Assist with setup and teardown of survey instrumentation, placement of survey markers, and brushing of paths.
• Read and interpret construction plans for project work.
