Raith, a world-leading high-tech company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer EBPG to join our global team. You will manage customer cases, perform installations, site surveys, training and service reporting while supporting other service colleagues.

Travel regionally and internationally to support customers is required; fluent English is essential, German is desirable. This is a full-time role based in Best or nearby, with opportunities to grow within a growing global organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or comparable field.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety standards and work instructions.
• Fluent in English; German desirable.
• Willing to travel regionally and internationally to support customers as required.
• Customer-focused, accurate and structured in work execution.

Mansioni

• Managing assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and execution of repairs.
• Installing new systems and performing site surveys, followed by training and clear guidance to the customer.
• Close cooperation with Service colleagues and cross-functional teams including Production and Engineering.
• Preparing upcoming service tasks, translating service requirements into materials and tools needed, and supporting the team when not travelling.
• Providing clear communication to customers regarding performed work, technical findings and recommended follow-up actions.
• Completing administrative tasks such as service reporting, documentation of used parts, time registration and escalation of unresolved issues.
• Identifying improvement opportunities within daily work processes and contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Field Service Engineer EBPG (m/f/d) position, preferably in Italy or Spain, due to customer proximity and travel requirements.

Your mission

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study and experience in a similar role, preferably in a high technical environment.

• Customer‑focused, accurate and structured in work execution.
