Invite Jobs BV zoekt een Field Service Engineer die wereldwijd machines assembleert, installeert en onderhoudt bij klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie en voert technische audits uit, waarbij reizen naar diverse landen onderdeel van de functie is.

Competenze

• Vereist minimaal MBO 4 of Bachelor in een technische richting.
• Vloeiend Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling; tweede taal is een plus.
• In staat tekeningen, diagrammen en handleidingen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Goede communicatieve en planmatige vaardigheden.
• In staat zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
• Bereidheid tot internationaal reizen en langdurige projecten.
• Vaardigheid in het opstellen van rapportages en projectdocumentatie.

Mansioni

• Bouwen, assembleren, installeren, repareren en onderhouden van machines en installaties bij klanten ter plaatse.
• Uitvoeren van technische audits en preventief/correctief onderhoud.
• Werken op locatie bij verschillende klanten wereldwijd met zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid.
• Lezen van tekeningen en technische documentatie en overleg met klantenteams.
• Tijdens projecten leren en de technische expertise verder ontwikkelen.

Over de vacature:

As a Field Service Engineer, you are part of a technical department that supports clients worldwide. You are responsible for building, assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining machines and installations on-site. You also carry out technical audits and handle both preventive and corrective maintenance. You work independently at various clients' locations and can count on specialist support from Engineering or your colleagues when needed. The projects are international and might require you to stay on-site for several weeks. This unique combination of technology, responsibility, and travel makes this position truly varied.

A typical day involves working hands-on with innovative machines and installations, performing maintenance, and solving technical challenges. You’ll interact with client teams, read technical drawings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Every project brings new learning opportunities and the chance to develop your expertise further.

Wat wij vragen:

• At least MBO 4 or Bachelor’s level in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• Affinity with or experience in process automation
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; a second language is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Capable of coordinating colleagues, hired staff, or client employees
• Willing to travel internationally and stay on location for several weeks if required
• Able to prepare reports and technical project documentation
