Job summary

Projob B.V. is seeking a Merchandise Planner to deliver key planning activities across full-price retail, concessions and eCommerce. You will work with sales data, stock levels, forecasts and buying budgets to support commercial performance.

You’ll build detailed spreadsheets, present findings, and collaborate with Buying and commercial teams to translate plans into actionable decisions while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in merchandise, financial or commercial planning.
• Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, buying budgets, inventory management and stock allocation.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills; ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with Buying and other departments; adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; SAP or Oracle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Retail or related field is an advantage.
• Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal planning: build and update forecasts, buying budgets and margin plans.
• Inventory and allocation: plan buying quantities at SKU level, stock replenishment and balance stock with demand.
• Demand forecasting: prepare monthly forecasts for core products across stores, online channels and distribution centers.
• Financial planning: contribute to monthly Open-to-Buy (WSSI) reviews and adjust plans based on opportunities and risks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Buying, Merchandising, Retail, eCommerce and Finance on planning priorities.
