Nestlé Nutrition & Health Almere is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to ensure quality and food safety across production. You will maintain the SAP QM/DMO system, manage deviations, and ensure proper documentation for traceability and audits.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and is part of the Quality Team at the Almere factory. The position offers a full-time, 40-hour work week with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Food Science or another relevant engineering field.
• 2–3 years of quality-related factory experience.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and interpretation of work standards.
• Experience with SAP QM/DMO or equivalent quality-management processes.
• Structured, analytical work style with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Ensure quality and food safety requirements across production activities.
• Maintain and improve SAP QM/DMO quality system on the factory.
• Identify and manage deviations, perform root cause analysis and CAPA.

Conoscenze

2–3 years experience
