Job summary

Yara Sluiskil is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead the facilities team, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvements. The role requires a strong track record in facilities management and line leadership, with a focus on reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must have a completed MBO-4, Bachelor or A2/A1 diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering or equivalent
• Fluent English
• Experience leading in a line function
• Minimum 5 years in a facilities discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance across disciplines
• Coach asset managers and enforce safety standards while promoting improvements
• Manage budget for your disciplines and maintain strong supplier/internal stakeholder relationships
• Monitor compliance with procedures and drive cost-effective, reliable facilities operations
• Lead small projects and coordinate with internal Yara customers and contractors
