Job summary

Jobster is gevestigd in Nederland en zoekt een hands-on extrusie-lijn operator voor drie lijnen. Je waarborgt veiligheid, kwaliteit en een efficiënte productie in een innovatieve omgeving.

Je werkt aan grondstoffen tot eindproducten, vult mengers volgens recepten en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Verder verwerk je EPS-korrels via onderwatergranulatie, coating en verpakking.

Qualifications

• VAPRO B-certificaat of bereidheid om dit te halen.
• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare productie-rol.
• Zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte en verantwoorde werkhouding.
• Bereidheid om certificeringen zoals VCA-VOL en BHV te behalen.
• Sterke focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en controleren van drie extrusielijnen van grondstoffen tot eindproduct.
• Vullen van mengers volgens recepten en naleving van parameterinstellingen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en zo nodig aanpassingen maken.
• EPS-korrels verwerken via onderwatergranulatie, coaten, zeven en verpakken.
• Identificeren en oplossen van productie-issues voor efficiëntie.

Wat ga je precies doen

As an Extrusion line operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring three extrusion lines, ensuring a safe and efficient production process. You prepare materials, monitor quality, resolve minor process deviations, and help produce high-quality products in a sustainable and innovative production environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring extrusion lines, from raw materials to finished products;
• Filling mixers according to recipes and maintaining process parameters;
• Conducting quality checks and making adjustments when necessary;
• Processing EPS granules through underwater granulation, coating, sieving, and packaging;
• Identifying and resolving issues within the production process to ensure efficiency.
