Job summary

Fime seeks an experienced QA professional to ensure accurate execution, analysis, and reporting of EMV and payment-related tests, while delivering high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams.

You will contribute to maintaining service excellence, compliance, and the rollout of new payment solutions across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the payment industry.
• Good English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills within an international and multi-cultural environment.
• High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test sessions per the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Analyze EMV test data and results, provide feedback.
• Produce comprehensive test reports and minimize issues identified.
• Develop technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Provide technical consulting and support to customers remotely and on-site as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and test tools, and support internal teams.

Mission:

The mission of this role is to ensure the accurate execution, analysis, and reporting of EMV and payment-related tests while delivering high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams. The position contributes to maintaining service excellence, strengthening compliance, and supporting the implementation of new payment solutions.

ACTIVITIES

• Demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
• Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
• Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
• Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
• Developing technical documentation and actively contributing to the internal knowledge base.
• Offering technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary.
• Providing technical support internally to colleagues.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all times and adhering to the quality process.
• Expanding your skillset and maintaining acquired skills while actively suggesting improvements.
• Collecting and disseminating customer feedback to enhance our services.
• Being the technical point of contact for customers and participating in internal training sessions.
• Actively participating in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues.
• Qualification of test tools and coordinating with vendors.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing and authorizing test reports.
• Preparing and delivering internal technical training sessions.
• Providing extensive technical support and analysis to internal teams, customers, and authorities.
• Engaging actively in the implementation of new services and projects for service improvement.
• Participating in audit preparations and actual audits.
• Engaging in technical discussions with authorities such as MasterCard, Discover, RuPay, and others.
• Autonomy on tasks planning.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• 3 -5 years of experience in the payment industry.
• Good English language proficiency (oral and written).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills within an international and multi-cultural environment.
• High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong knowledge in EMV.
• Working on certification for local schemes like Elo, Ticket etc.
• Experience in coordinating with Payment schemes.
• Familiarity with Quality System and procedures.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
