Job summary

Carriere in Haaften zoekt een Reachtruck Operator om goederen in een distributiecentrum te verplaatsen en te beheren. Je bestuurt de reachtruck, laadt en lost pallets en zorgt voor orde en veiligheid in de hal, met aandacht voor temperatuurverschillen in zomer en winter.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen: 05:45–14:45 en 15:15–00:15, met af en toe weekenddiensten. Vereisten: reachtruck certificaat, VMBO-niveau, 0–1 jaar ervaring, en goede Engelse spreekvaardigheid.

Qualifications

• Reachtruck certifice en rijervaring vereist.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.

Responsibilities

• Reachtruck veilig bedienen door gangen en opslagzones.
• Goederen laden en lossen met precisie.
• Producten op de juiste locaties plaatsen volgens magazijnprotocollen.
• Inkomende en uitgaande zendingen controleren op nauwkeurigheid.
• Collega's ondersteunen bij andere magazijnwerkzaamheden indien nodig.
• Je werkplek schoon en veilig houden.

Over de functie

As a Reachtruck Operator in Haaften, you ensure that food, groceries, and beverages are efficiently moved and stored within the warehouse. You’ll be driving a reachtruck, loading and unloading pallets, and supporting the team in keeping the warehouse organized. The temperature in the warehouse varies with the season - expect around 20°C in summer and 15°C in winter, so dress accordingly. You’ll need to make a test drive in the warehouse before starting. Your main tasks are:

• Operating the reachtruck safely through aisles and storage zones
• Loading and unloading goods with precision
• Placing products in the correct locations following warehouse protocols
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Supporting colleagues with other warehouse tasks when needed
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 05:45 - 14:45 and 15:15 - 00:15. Flexibility for occasional weekends is appreciated.
