Job summary

EY zoekt een Experience & Facilitation Intern in Amsterdam voor een 6 maanden contract van 40 uur per week. Je werkt aan het ontwerpen en faciliteren van workshops en events, en ondersteunt bij AI-transformatie-projecten en presentaties.

Je volgt een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding en beheerst Engels. Je krijgt begeleiding, trainingen en de kans om te groeien binnen EY wavespace en een hybride werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in een relevante richting.
• Beheersing van Engels is vereist.
• Affiniteit met innovatie en AI-transformatie.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van workshops en events.
• Design en facilitering van sessies en presentaties.
• Ondersteuning bij AI-transformatie projecten en klant sessies.
• Vastleggen van inzichten en acties uit sessies.
• Ondersteunen operations van wavespace-team.

Your new job | About your main responsibilities

As an Experience & Facilitation Intern, no two days are the same. You may be helping design a workshop on AI transformation, supporting an executive event, preparing presentations, capturing outcomes from client sessions or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the preparation and delivery of client workshops and innovation sessions
• Assisting facilitators during workshops and events
• Creating presentations, workshop materials, and visual content
• Supporting the organization of executive events and client engagements
• Capturing insights, actions, and outcomes from sessions
• Helping develop new wavespace experiences and methodologies
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the wavespace team

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as:
