Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operator Warehouse & Logistics at the Schiphol, North Holland site to perform core warehouse tasks and related administrative duties in a compliant distribution environment.

Responsibilities include handling receiving, sampling, weigh & dispense, shipments and storage, with a focus on continuous process improvement within cGMP, EHSS guidelines and company policies. A strong team player is required.

Qualifications

• Active role in continuous improvement of work processes.
• Experience in distribution management and warehouse operations.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily core warehouse and logistics tasks in the Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Handle receipt, handling, sampling, weigh & dispense, shipments and storage according to cGMP, EHSS and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate administration and documentation for movements and inventory.

Job Description: Operator Warehouse & Logistics De Operator Warehouse & Logistics voert de dagelijkse operationele kerntaken en de ondersteunde, routinematige werkzaamheden uit, inclusief alle bijbehorende administratie/documentatie, op de afdeling Warehouse of het Distribution Center in navolging van cGMP, EHSS en bedrijfsrichtlijnen met betrekking tot de ontvangst, behandeling, sampling, weigh & dispense, shipments en opslag van goederen in het Warehouse danwel Distribution Center. Has een actieve meewerkende rol in het continue verbeteren van de werkprocessen.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €34 200,00 - €50 600,00

• In addition to base pay, we offer an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
