Data Governance Leaders in the Netherlands seeks a Data Governance Expert to drive governance design at the executive level and guide transformations using our framework and software. You will lead complex implementations, refine methodologies, and promote knowledge sharing at events.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders, shape organization-wide governance, and mentor teams to deliver tangible data-driven outcomes across client projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Information Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or related)
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related domains
• In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks and DAMA-DMBOK
• Experience leading large-scale implementations and change management
• Strong stakeholder management with C-level executives
• Strategic insight with pragmatic execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading multidisciplinary teams
• International certifications in data governance or data management (CDMP, DGSP, BABOK) preferred
• Experience as speaker, trainer, or author in data governance preferred

Responsabilidades

• Advise at executive level on data governance design
• Translate strategies into organization-wide frameworks
• Lead complex implementations of dgl’s Data Governance Framework and software
• Develop governance methodologies and guide transformation toward data-driven operations
• Act as thought leader: publish, speak at events, share knowledge
• Contribute to innovation and professionalization of offerings
• Inspire clients and colleagues, provide direction, build trust
