Job summary

Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus is seeking a proactive Supervisor Housekeeping Avond to lead the evening team in a historic five-star hotel by the sea. You will ensure pristine rooms and public areas, coach staff, and manage rosters to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Den Haag.

The role offers a full-time position with a competitive Horeca CAO salary band, plus benefits such as free overnight stays after the first month and staff discounts. Fluency in Dutch and/or English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or coaching role (team lead or supervisor).
• Strong focus on order, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team during the evening shift.
• Ensure optimal staffing and task allocation.
• Inspect cleaning in rooms, suites and public areas to five-star standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and report improvements to management.
• Maintain a safe, neat and guest-friendly environment for guests and colleagues.
• Instruct and mentor new staff on the housekeeping department.
