Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments (packaging/metals/process industries).
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record in project management, change management, and operational improvement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
