Job summary

Nikon Europe seeks an Internal ICT Auditor to strengthen IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and controls across 45 European locations. You will shape audit priorities, craft innovative approaches, and collaborate with a European team to deliver value beyond predefined checklists.

You will influence scope, develop methodologies, and build stakeholder relationships while reporting to the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Advisory, Technology Risk, Digital Trust, or Technology Assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT, IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Professional certifications such as CISA, RE, EMITA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience within a Big 4 or comparable consulting environment is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
• Conduct ICT audits aligned with ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITGC frameworks.
• Participate in operational and integrated audits across business units.
• Assess IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity controls, and data management.
• Promote IT risk awareness and support local businesses in strengthening controls.
• Identify and assess risks related to AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure policy compliance.
• Build relationships with subsidiary management and operational teams across Europe.
• Prepare audit reports, recommendations, and track remediation.
