Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Developer Relations Manager based in the Netherlands to own the strategy and execution for developer growth across Europe. In this role, you will work directly with publishers, developers, and industry partners to drive adoption and accelerate development.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in technical project management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of game development engines such as Roblox Studio, Unity, or Unreal. This role requires a data-driven approach and effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experienced with launching a technical product in international markets.
• Able to proactively communicate with all key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set team goals and monitor progress with key partners.
• Partner with data scientists, product, engineering and leaders across the company.
• Communicate risk factors of the region and make difficult decisions.
